 How long will my order take to be delivered?

Shipping worldwide during covid-19 is not without it's complications and we strive to get all orders delivered as soon as possible, here are current delivery timelines:

UNITED STATES 8 - 18 working days

EUROPE 8 - 18 working days

OCEANIA & SOUTH-EAST ASIA 9 - 21 working days

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES 14 - 35 working days

Processing time 1 - 5 days. Any items not received within 8 weeks qualify for our full refund or reship guarantee. 📦

 

 How do you ship?

We partner with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Germany, USA, Poland, China, India, etc. Our global suppliers provide tracking numbers and we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Please do not worry if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way.

 

 Ordered multiple different products and have not received all of them?

We ship all orders from various international warehouses (US, Canada, China, Germany, Poland and India). Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfilment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't worry if you don't receive all of your items at once… they are on the way. Therefore, the partial shipment could be applied to customers’ orders.

 

 How can I track my order?

Tracking Number will be provided with all products. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your product via email. Please allow 2-3 days for the tracking number to activate.

If your order has just shipped and tracking number does not work yet, please allow some time for the status of the shipment to correctly display on the tracking site.

 

 When will I receive my tracking number and when my order will get shipped out?

Please allow up to 3-5 days for processing of shipping out. During the Holidays the processing and shipping out may take up to 7 days. Once your product is shipped you will then receive your tracking number.

 

 Why is shipment status unchanged?

In case of unforeseen events, your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, pandemic, customs or backlogs. Please note that tracking information can be displayed after your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 3-5 days for processing of shipping out.

 

 How safe is my personal information?

In simple terms - our URL address will always start with https:// which means that our site uses a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol as any other secure website to encrypt all personal information sent during the check out process.  What payment methods do you accept?

Our products are listed in USD. But our system will automatically convert it for you by most up to date currency conversion rate.

 

 Why do I have to pay extra fee to my shipping company?

You may need to pay some import duty or taxes on your local side when you receive the goods. Different countries have different tax rules on the imported goods. Therefore, you should check your county’s customs policies before your order. If the items are detained by local Customs after the shipment has left its origin country, the buyer is responsible for clearance of the detained items. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay any Import duty & fees that may be charged upon delivery.

 Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Cancellations must be made within 12 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 12 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. All refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours.

After 12 hours, your order will have been processed and we won’t be able to make any changes or cancel it.
